History and administration
Seattle Stadium is based at 800 Occidental Ave S (Seattle, WA 98134). Over the years, the complex has changed names several times, being known successively as Seahawks Stadium, Qwest Field, and CenturyLink Field. Supporters nickname it "The Hawk Nest," an image inspired by its side stands, which are topped by two massive curved canopy roofs that evoke large protective wings. It will host matches for the FIFA World Cup 2026.
